Nice to be part of this blog disappointed to lose out on the last draw my crs score is 428. Is there any chance that they would reduce the score at next draw or I have to retake ielts exam please suggest me

Heard its specific to HCP (Human Capital Program) - But as per my Attorney's email, people who did not belong to this category also received PT Notifications today it seems.
