Hi @nursegabo our application was transferred at London Visa Office and still waiting for AOR2 it's been 3 wks already . I filled out a representative form so I can access on my husband's application . They are pretty stricked even if I am the Sponsor. How about you, @nursegabo any updates?

How can I link my app ?? I tried with GcKey but it says application not found. Or maybe I have to wait for my lawyer's instructions.

use this way to link you application:
1. choose application # and Family name
2. Do not fill place of birth and county of birth leave both of them blank not even a space.
3. Fill passport information
4.fill the last part as in your application
5. # of applicants =2
try this, this worked for me.

Okay. So I'll wait my lawyer's instructions because he told to my husband that once we get an App Number, we can start checking our status. Maybe he will tell us what to do and how to check it but after the Sponsor Approval. I think. Thanks !!!

Here, you're confusing it with ecas I think. You can use ecas as much as you want, and you don't have to link the app; http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp?s=2

Lvo huh? Maybe bec your husband is working in the middle east. Our app was transfered in Manila last week and up to now no updates yet from them.

any dependants listed on application?

No dependents. Just sponsor and PA.

Canadian Citizen living out of the country can sponsor. So, yes. outland doesn't mean living apart for them. But, Canadian PR cannot sponsor if they are living out of Canada.

Lawyers have different portals to check their file status, its a paid service for them I guess.
