I'm trying to create a profile in OINP after receiving NOI but it seems they're closed. Is anyone experiencing this problem?
Can be any related to not meeting requirement. Most common are:
- NOC not matching Job Details and Title
- Primary NOC not falling in the last 5 Years.
- Intent to Reside in Ontario is not strong (Intent to Reside left blank or written Not Applicable during Application)
- Not meeting the Settlement Requirement or Statements not attached.
- Unable to provide documents requested or Missing Documents.
- Not meeting Federal Criteria of 67 points
However, in all cases, you will be given a Procedural Fairness Letter to provide you with a chance to submit documents before the final decision is made.

It's Human Capital Priorities Stream. I just received the NOI this morning but don't know why they has closed.
I also received a NOI from Ontario but receive the same Error Message for Skilled Trades Stream ...

Yeah, it seems they send NOIs but not enable applicants to submit profiles, weird.
Thank you for response. It seems these Emails may be triggered automatically. So, what should we do ? Simply keep trying every day ... Please suggest.
I think that's the only way though. It's best if someone in this forum experienced the same issue and share their ideas

Need your kind guidance. I had only created my EE profile and my CRS score is 392. I wanted to know if I can separately apply for Ontario immigration? Would be great if someone can guide me on this. I have over 10 years of work experience, my ielts score is L-9, R- 8.5, S-8 and W-7. NOC code 1123.

The intake limit error usually tends to happen at the last week of each month and will automatically be resolved in 4-5 days.
