My spouse get an ITA however, she is on a post graduate work permit and also currently in a job. Do she still have to show funds in her account to support her family? Or is there another way to show proof of funds other than having the physical cash in her account?

If she's a CEC applicant she does not need to show POF.
If she has a valid job offer she does not need to show POF - please please note that working in Canada does not necessarily mean one has a valid job offer.

T4's are irrelevant when proving POF.
She can provide her bank statements plus a bank letter following IRCC's requirements.
