yes!! I cannot upload anything as I am not able to link our accounts. So i have to send everything by mail. Does anyone know here if the police reports that we send through mail have to be the actual original ones or photocopies?

They send you a medical request already? I thought that happens when they transferred your app to the visa office abroad.

Timing of medical request depends on which visa office. Ottawa VO (and probably others) sends the request once the application is transferred there, but some applicants that will be processed at other VOs get the request before it is transferred.

I have had this doubt for a long time. The application is processed only in PA's country. Right? If PA is not yet in Canada, why would it goto Ottawa VO?

From what I can tell, US applications go to Ottawa. I guess I'll know for sure when we get our AOR2...

If you are not able to link application, do you still get emails regarding whatever documents cic requested?
I am not able to link it but in AOR there is something mentioned like following:
For your application, we have identified that there are documents which are missing and we will request. Please take the time to link your application so that we can quickly and efficiently ask for the documents, and you can quickly and efficiently submit them digitally. If you have not linked your application to an online account within 7 calendar days, we will send you an email to which you will be asked to respond via regular mail. This will introduce delays into the processing of your application.

Or is it standard email... just curious

No idea. I got ours linked on the 8th day post-receipt of AOR 1. I strongly recommend for you to link it because docs can be uploaded more efficiently plus I only got correspondence after linking our application

Hey, sponsor got AOR1 (email with UCI and Application No. on 28 June) and PA got AOR1 (email with PDF with UCI only June 29) with a suggestion to link application (and confirmation that sponsor CANNOT link application "Functionality for Sponsors does NOT exist at this time").

We both created GCSKEY accounts but neither have been able to link the application (using all 3 methods listed at page 22 of this thread). Pls note that ONE SPACE in place of city of birth was not accepted...

Any suggestions would be appreciated since the PDF suggests that we are missing documents!?

Is there a preferred contact number or time of day for best results? Does PA have to call or Sponsor or both?
