Time-frame to submit application after getting OINP NOI

I received a Notification of Interest from Ontario for EE Human Cap. Priorities Stream. How many days do I have to submit my application to Ontario? I read 6 months somewhere but also 14 days on another website.

NOI is valid for 6 monhts. 14 days is the time you have to finish your application once you start it.

Yes, but 6 months if their quota is not full. What is your CRS?

My CRS is 411. Any idea when OINP will stop in 2017?
