I can only imagine, they called for an extra test for me cos of my BP...i paid 12k extra only for them to give me an instant test result that read that my heart and all vital organs are normal...i felt like punching someone...well its their turn to shave our heads.

Maikudi I also got medicals done at the Children's practice too, was one of the few lucky ones that the emedicals worked like magic for. After that they had to tell other families to come back the next day due to website's slow network.

Did mine medicals at Children's practice too. Medical results was sent within 3

Good day all please for those who have done medicals what exams where carried out on children under 10years and what if a child has special needs?

For those who has done medicals, is DNA test part of the test. Because I plan to take my child from a previous marriage, not fathered by my husband, hope it won't bring a problem

Hello YemyemA,

In general, for adults the medical test done is X-ray, physical examination were you are asked about your medical history then they weigh you, check your BMI and blood pressure. Finally there is urine and blood test.

For kids at and above five, a urine test is required and the normal physical examination and the child is weigh. When you say a child with special needs can you be more specific? So that I know the right answer to give.

I don't know of any such requirement. As long as you declare this child in your application then you have no problem.

I am not so sure I hope others will comment. I know Autism has grade has long as according to Canada immigration, this Autism is not one that will cause excessive demand on Canadian health care system then you are safe.
