I have got my transcripts done from ptu university & sent the sealed envelope to wes. But now wes mailed that final degree not received.
Plz help what to do now...xx

I think you are required to send a photocopy of your degree or provisional certificate..

You need to send a copy of your degree. Send it and you will be fine.

Copy of degree only. It is mentioned in WES checklist. You can recheck.

Yes, With reference to your WES for Degree. Please provide First year Degree, Second Year Degree and Final Year. You can even provide Semester wise as well. Also include Passing Certificate and Convocation / Degree Certificate.

me and my husband are planning to apply for PR for Canada. For this we are supposed to get our education accessed through WES. We are first trying to get our transcripts from respective colleges / universities and then apply to WES.

I wanted to check whether in the sealed transcripts envelope we even have to include the Academic Records Request form?? if that is not included then will our application get rejected? kindly guide

WES Academic request form is an optional form, this is mentioned on the 2nd page of the WES form. WES only requires the reference number written on the university envelope. I recently got my transcripts done through a service provider MAILTRANSCRIPTS ( For more information you can check their website: mailtranscripts.com) and they got the transcripts done from the university as per WES requirement.
