Hello Everyone,
We submitted our application for me to sponsor my common law partner. they received my applicaiton June 1st. after a week our status changed to "Action Required" and that we were to check the messages section below, but the message section was blank. we waited a week and called CIC. They said that there was a problem and they would fix it. So on June 16th it said we needed to submit her police check and that we can submit it using the website or mail. We've been trying to submit it using the below steps but there is nothing once I click "View Submitted Application", it jsut shows supporting documents, opptional documents and fees, all of which are blank, there's nowhere that I can click to attach a document or anything.

We've contacted technical support and sent them our police check and a description of our problem but it has been over a week and nobody has got back to us and the due date for thsse documents is July 8th. I'm considering just sending thme by mail but I don't know where to mail them off to, does anyone know where I should be sending these to? This is so frustrating!!

- Log into your account,
- Click on the appropriate Check status and messages button under the View my submitted applications or profiles section,
- Click on View submitted application,
- the office will let you know how long you have to provide the additional document(s).
- Click on Next,
- Review & Validate the latest information provided,
- Sign the online application by entering your given name(s) and last name, and
- Click on Submit.
