With my score I don't really need a NOI but feel kinda down because I didn't get one. My profile seems to qualify by score, funds, experience etc except for my Russian name That must be IT!

Although i have asked this earlier,i stayed in usa for 2 days less than 6 months.Do i need to provide pcc for it?

Do it mate. Absolutely do it. Its only for work experience they won't consider less than 1 day. For PCC, if you are in 5th month, its 6 months in the eyes of IRCIC.
