I'm experiencing same error message.

Can any one confirm how to delete/withdraw EE profile with this error message?

I had the same issue. It was resolved after two days, it is mostly because of CIC Express entry draw. It takes time to send you the submission confirmation.

I submitted my study permit application on June 5 but it says "Application status is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Does anyone know what's going on?

Hey, did you get any updates or was it fixed on its own? Please let me know I am stuck in the same situation since yesterday. Also, I did not receive a biometrics collection letter which is weird as I usually receive one every time I apply.

I applied for a visitor visa for my mother-in-law.

I think 4-5 days. It was because the June updates, should be fine now. Try with other navigator, pc... clean cache.
