Thank you very much for the help guys .. the tourist visa is clearly the easiest and the fastest way but as Rob_TO said it's really hard to get for me.. and i have a question here please .let's assume that i get the tourist visa, i need a sponsor to get it , right ??? if yes then i think if i apply for Asylum when i get Canada i think the sponsor will be in trouble then .is that right ?? and also if i follow the instructions on http://www.cic.gc.ca ..how long it's going to take approximately ???
Thank you ...

No - you don't need a sponsor for a tourist visa. To be approved, you need to demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country (e.g. job, property ownership, etc.) and have no plans in remaining in Canada long term. You will also need to demonstrate that you have enough funds to pay for the trip.

Instructions for applying are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp

The estimated processing time is 43 days - however it's quite possible for processing to take several months.

Without a job and property ownership, it will likely be extremely difficult to get a TRV approved.

Yes - if you get a TRV and come to Canada, you can claim asylum once you're here.
