I have completed my Graduation in commerce and My work experience is in to IT which is 3.3 years so how Skill Assessment will work in my case.

Hi,

There is no skill assessment being done... you will need WES evaluation for your education and then you will have to identify a NOC related to your field of work and prove your experience by supporting employment reference letter issued by your employer.

It is fine if your education and work experience are not in same field....
