AOR Received.
6th Feb 2016
AOR comes with a mail in maximum 5 minutes. You can contact Ontario with your file number and ask for confirmation.

I am bit confused on what you are writing "I have applied for PR through express entry last year but I withdraw the application. When I applied for PR, I received AOR within few minutes." .

How can you apply for Ontario when you have withdraw the express entry application??:rolleyes::rolleyes:
By Express Entry application, I mean Permanent Residency Application. My express entry profile is still active.

Need urgent help...
I submitted my ONIP application on 19th May 2017, and got a Procedural Fairness Request letter as below:

The assessment of the information and documentation submitted in support of your application indicates that some of the above criteria may not be met. Specifically:
A minimum of 67 points for the FSWP.
o Points are awarded for the following six selection factors: English and/or French Skills, Education, Experience, Age, Arranged employment in
Canada, and Adaptability.
 A Canadian Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree or an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report produced by a designated organization indicating that your foreign education is the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree
o You have not authorized World Education Service (WES) to share the
results of your ECA report with the OINP.
To verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at:
https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp.
o You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report. If you have any specific
questions about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with OINP, please contact WES directly.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to provide additional information or documentation to support that your application satisfies program criteria:
 Your authorization for WES to share your ECA results with the OINP.
 Any additional information and documentation that supports you meet program criteria.
Should the program not receive additional information within this timeframe, your application will be assessed based on the existing information on file which may lead to the refusal of your application.

I'm really surprised and confused to see that "A minimum of 67 points for the FSWP" is not met. As I calculate my FSWP points, it is 68. Now I'm not sure if my calculation is right or wrong. Could you guys kindly help me check if I met minimum of 67 points?

English:
(IELTS) Speaking-6/ Listening-8/ Reading-8/ Writing-7
CLB level: 7/9/9/9
Points: 4+6+6+6=22 points

Education:
University degree at the Master’s level= 23 points

Experience:
3.5 years of Full-time work experience =11 points

Age:
18-35 years old = 12 points

Total points: 22+23+11+12= 68 points (Is my calculation correct?)
and my CRS score is 408

regarding this letter, I have few questions:
1. Based on my own calculation of 68 points, I don't understand why it says "the minimum of 67 points" is not met and asks me to provide more information. I've already submitted my IELTS proof, WES report, work reference letter and contract, what else information should I provide to prove that I met the minimum FSWP requirement?

2. Regarding the WES report, I should now order another copy with mentioning “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT”, is that right? I'm not sure if 30 days is sufficient for them to send out the WES report.

I'm so desperate and confused at the moment. I would appreciate a lot if you lovely guys could help me with the above problems or give any advice.

Thanks in advance:)

Uploading a copy of ECA is not enough. You have to order a duplicate copy of your eca and have it sent to Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT. Once you do that, you have to email them a copy of the receipt and a screenshot that you ordered a duplicate copy to be sent to OINP (no hardcopy is sent. I believe they send some kind of email authorizing OINP to verify your eca or they directly send an electronic copy to OINP). Until you do that, you will not get your education points. That is probably why your score is not adding up to 67+. You are not the only one who got this request from oinp. Pretty much everyone who does not do it prior to submitting their application, gets this email.

Copies of your work contract(s) from previous and current employers for all periods of work (foreign and Canadian) stated in your application.
What does it mean by contract of work besides Experience letter? Is it Labor contract as we have in UAE or offer letter from company?

7.4 Proof of Compensation (mandatory)
Proof of compensation from previous and current employers for all periods of work (foreign and Canadian) stated in your application. Proof may include copies of:
 Pay stubs, pay cheques or pay statements,
 Bank statements showing salary deposits,
 Income tax documents, or
 Letter(s) from employer(s) explaining why this proof is not readily available.
Note: It is recommended that you provide proof for the first and last month for each work experience.

Question is, Do we need all the documents or any one of them? We don't have income tax in UAE!

Show only those documents for which you're claiming points.! Extra information you can add in other information section if required necessary.

If applicable, provide additional information on your established ties in Ontario and/or further documents to demonstrate your intention to reside in Ontario.
I have Canadian citizen siblings and PR holder parents. How should I demonstrate these ties? I need ID card or PR card to be attached or just mentioning of relationship is enough in a letter?
