Hi everyone, so i just got my iELTS test result and i am eligible to enter the EE pool. I am just a little apprehensive about the proof of funds. I had my mom transfer me the minimum amount of funds for the EE ($12,300) so the money has been there for almost 2 months now, I really want to enter the pool as soon as possible but also would want to hear from anybody who has used their gift deed to apply for permanent residency and had their application approved. All I can find here and online are people asking if the gift deed really works but i couldnt find a real case of anyone who has had their application approved with money that was gifted to them.

Any input is very appreciated, thank you

Yes, it works.
thanks for the reply, I'm not being rude or anything but
has it worked for you? or someone you know?
or you just heard of a friend of a friend who had their gift deed accepted?

It worked for people who I helped and already have their PR.

Hi another information seeker on this, is bank statement required for both account holders so in this case his MOM's account details (statement) are required ?

You can provide it if you want to (not mandatory) but do provide proof of transfer to show where the funds are coming from.

Sorry for butting in but you seem to know about this :)

I'm also going to be using the gift of deed option. However it's going into a new account in a 3rd country as that is where the funds are.

Do I still need to show my local bank statements with my salary or don't they care about that?

No, they only care about the account where you show that you meet the minimum required funds.
