Hey guys..
I have a question! My mom landed as an immigrant in 2010, stayed only for a month and went back to our country. She came back in 2011 to finally stay in Canada. I'm wondering that in the application for question 6A and B, do the dates be the same (landing date) or 6B has to the date when she finally came to stay in Canada?

Question 6B is for people who lived in Canada before their landing date. So if your mom had lived in Canada prior to 2010 then use that date. Otherwise it's the same date for both 6A & 6B.

I got a good question . My application is in process now and have a situation and I have to move out my current address and going to live with family in the same city . So my question is that going to affect on my processing in any way . Please advice . Appreciate that .

My application has been In-Process since May 24th (5 Weeks), I think my application is at Mississauga test centre location which is closest to me. When should I expect a invite to write the test?

Also I attached a receipt for Police clearance certificate with my application as per CIC rep I spoke to before I submitted my application, I was out of Canada for 6.5 months, but I have not received the PCC I requested from Toronto Pakistan Consulate, it has been 3+ months and they said we will call when it arrives from abroad.

Hi there I'm new on this thread!! I just want know if how most of you got your test invites? Is it thru email or regular mail? any answers will be greatly appreciated! thanks

I got mine on June 8 for a test/interview on June 23. You will be notified in two ways:

1- Your status online should be updated with a point mentioning that a notice has been sent to you by mail including all information
2- You will get a hard copy of the test invitation within a few days by regular mail stating where and when your test will be taking place

Hi Guys,

I am seeing this line on my ECAS:
"We sent you correspondence on June 26, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

I believe that all of my documents were complete and accurate. And, do not expect any problem on that side but the status suggest to me that it is documentation problem. Can any please confirm if this indeed is document request and not test invite.

Also, I have provided them my email address in my application but I do not see any email yet.

Please suggest.
