please help me for spouse visiting visa

I am a newly PR holder.waiting for sponsoring my husband, not yet started the processing.I came as QSW category.But moved to Toronto.I am pregnant and I live here with my daughter.My first application got rejected by telling that I have to sponsor him under family class and they are not sure whether we follow the rules of temporary resident status.Now I am going to apply again by stating the purpose of visit as social tourism as well as for delivery.We gathered documents like employment letter, his leave letter bank balance and medical certificate from midwife herein Canada.Please suggest me is there any possibility to get visa?

IMHO, your husband is unlikely to be approved for a TRV. The new documents that you intend to submit will not work.

It's better if you start the spousal PR process instead

The reasons why he will not be approved for a TRV:
1. His family ties to Canada will be stronger than those to his home country

2. Your pregnancy/including the medical certificate from the midwife means his family ties will become stronger after your baby is born + his visit will be considered as working illegally on a TRV

3. It would seem like he wants to wait out his PR process


The best option (like I had suggested earlier) is to apply for his PR and not for another TRV.

You may want to invite a female relative instead who can demonstrate far more stronger ties to her home country + can prove she is a short-term visitor. In this case, don't include proofs of your pregnancy or state that she is visiting to take care or you/your new baby, etc

You cannot sponsor your mom for a TRV. You must invite her.

Your mom must prove she has the finances to pay for her visit and airfare without depending on you.

She must also prove other strong ties: Property/land ownership + your dad/siblings to return to + employment/business, etc

shall I take visiting visa for her.there is property but not in the name of my mother..its fathers...fund I can arrange...is it necessary to take medicals for her.When I applied my husband's visitor visa, there is a requirement to upload medical report..My mother is a homemaker tooo

He has pretty much no chance of being approved for a TRV. He is a huge overstay risk.

You need to apply for spousal sponsorship. You are not required to be employed.

IRCC might be very tricky you never know with them, I applied for the PR for the province of Quebec on October 2016 (Family class sponsorship), and my application still in process its been almost 9 months and I still waiting for a decision made, 2 weeks ago I decided to apply for TRV vial online and it was approved. besides the supporting documents On my explanation letter I told them that I was married to a Canadian and that my family in my country don't depend of me at all, that the only strong connection is my husband who is currently living in Montreal, and that the only think I wanted is to go to Montreal for just 2 weeks to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary, I explained to them that I still waiting for a decision made on my PR application... 7 days latter It was approved.

I might say that there are chances of applying for a TRV while you are waiting for your PR application. But I don't know how many people did it this way.

Unfortunately, yes, they will likely refuse your TRV.
