All details must be short + point format (easy to read). Do give cross references to evidence

Ill probably apply online but if i end up applying paper based bcz of processing time ?can i sign and scan and email the letters from my side to my husband or i have to mail him the letters and docs from my side ?
And another question do everyone needs to fill the use of representative form?

Hey sure you can ask

Yes, you can sign, scan and email the invitation letter + your other documents to your husband. Do check with VFS Pakistan if notarization is required or not.

He doesn't need to fill the 'Use of Representative' form if you apply online like as if your husband is applying with his Pakistan address

Yes, you can email these documents to him (invitation letter + copies of your immigration status and your passport + your bank statement + your NOA or employment letter, etc)

And is there any effect on processing time ?
And is affidavits effective ?

Processing time will not change for online/paper application. However, as VFS Pakistan refuses to accept any documents to prove an applicant's strong ties, I suggest you apply online.

As affidavits cannot be enforced, it is pointless to include any

Hey bryanna i cant go visit my husband bcz i have to complete 2 years for my pr card and right now all i have is 2 years i wanted to mention that in my letter..i want to apply myself not through lawyer but my spousal case lawyer told me not to add

I suggest your husband keeps the purpose of his visit simple. You must focus on proving his ties/reasons to return to Pakistan. And, that can be challenge in his case.

Don't mention that you want to fulfil your RO and that's why you cannot travel to Pakistan. Honestly, you can meet him in Pakistan/outside Canada for a couple of weeks. But by implicitly stating your inability/unwillingness to travel to meet him, it could incorrectly imply that he will overstay his visit

Does your husband have a valid US or UK/Schengen visa?

Oh ok understood i wont mention the pr thingy in the letter then..his us visa has expired not valid now..
So we make the purpose as simple as that we are newly weds n we miss each other n want to spend sometime together

Sorry to hijack this thread but its on similar lines i am a student inviting my parents , can you please explain whether this form "IMM5409E:Statuatory Decalration by common law union" needs to go with the TRV application . Also please explain why it is required?
