About preparing list of goods before landing

Hi,

AS per IRCC, one need to prepare list of goods along with there current value before landing.
My doubt is , if i am bringing clothes, So in the list , i will write clothes and put there total value in the list or i need to specify every single garment (shirt, trouser ) separately and put its value one by one.

please help...

Consolidate it as groups and state the value.

Clothes - 700 CAD
Crockery/Kitchen appliances - 500 CAD

and so.

As per the current norms some people have also been asked to submit/support pictures as documents for their belongings under good to follow. So it may help to take pictures of your belongings (doesn't apply to clothes) and keep them on the file if asked for.

Photos are required for Jewelry that are to be imported at a later point in time (Goods to follow).

Some people have even been asked for picture of furniture that was mentioned under good to follow
