Twice refusal

Hello,
I'm expecting a great help from you,
I have applied for a student visa for May intake 2017 and got refused and my consultant filed the exact same file with attached SOP once again in next intake which was September intake 2017 and again i was rejected.

My academics are here:
10th class - 86% passed 2014
12th class - 66% (M-53 P-67 C-76) passed 2016
IELTS - 6.5 (L7 S5.5 R7.5 W5.5)

My college was Seneca college toronto.
Program - computer programming and analysis.

I had given GIC and 1st semester fee.

My consultant included my father's income which is nearly 5 lac annually and not any other proof.

I want to know what should i do now, where is the weak point in my profile and how can i improve that.

Please help me to overcome this situation I'll be very thankful to you.

Apply for CAIPS it costs 15 CAD. If you have any family member or friend in Canada they could get it for you just for 5 CAD but takes 35 days to get feedback from VO. You will come to know exactly on what reason case officer declined your application. Rectify that and lodge visa again, you will get visa for this time.

when did you apply VISA for Sep 2017 intake when did you got rejection?

You only showed father income 5 lakh annual. You should have shown a bank statement of 20000CAD atleast.

Your source of income is very week. You must have at least 2 lakh per month to justify your meeting expenses of study in Canada and your family has enough source for their daily expenses

Second time my consultant filed the same file for sept. Intake, so the college was same on both times, seneca college

Now i can't show b'coz once embassy have the records if I'm changing the last data submitted i will be counted as a fraud.

How many days it took for getting rejection after submitting visa application. What are updates you got in CIC application before rejection?

My file was submitted on 25/05/2017 according to the tracking number i have got and till 14/05/2017 it was processed, and on 15/05/2017 decision was taken and passport was dispatched. So it took exactly 20 days .
