Linking app on CIC website

i know there are plenty of existing threads on this but I need some re-assurance.
I've been trying to link my step-daughter's account online for quite some time with no success. I have found that some people used a certain combination that worked & others were successful with something else. I've tried many of the recommended combinations from this website and nothing seems to be working... any help?

I'm having the same problem, I had to send a case specific enquiry to technical support. Still waiting for the response. I'd do the same right away seeing it takes at least 10 days to hear back
