Current times are around 4-5 months.. If your case is pretty straightforward, you draft your application well and provide ample of quality supporting documents, I think it shouldn't take more than 5 months..

I applied with the new forms and here are my dates:
Application received by CIC: March 27, 2017
Sponsorship Approval: April 11, 2017
Medical request: April 12, 2017
Medical Done: April 13, 2017
File Transfer: June 7, 2017
AOR2: June 8,2017

Also after Schedule A upload, my application was in Mississauga for a month and a half. When I called CIC, they told me that since NDVO is very busy, they are processing the PA part of the application in CPC-M before sending it to NDVO. Apparently they started doing that since March of this year. So I am hoping that a decent amount of my fine is processed at CPC-M and only the final steps are left for NDVO.

I have tried inquiring from all the sources I am aware of.
1. Filled the webform but probability of getting a response is quite less as my application is still in the specified timeframe.
2. Sent email twice to NDVO but its bouncing back.
3. Yesterday I called NDVO. The lady on call was very rude and asked me to send the email only. I told her that emails are bouncing back and i want to enquire about the time for ppr after DM. She said it takes 21-25 days and disconnected the call.

Is there any other way I can get in touch with them? Any suggestions?
And did u get PPR yet?

There is no any other way. Jast wait for thier reply you will get ppr soon. As you have got DM arleady

Oh that's great.. I heard CPC-M is processing applications really fast.. Don't be surprised if you get BGC started even in 2-3 months after AOR2

Thanks. I actually wanted to link the file online but since I am using a representative, he advised us not to do it as it could delay important correspondence from CIC. However whenever I check status on the phone I get the line "The review of your background check hasn't started yet".

Has anyone who received DM on June 16 or later received their PPR yet?

I have not heard anything since the past 3 months. In my ECAS both sites shows in proccess since Aug 2016 no DM at all in both colum. and in GCkey it shows as follows;

Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You do not need medical. We will send you a massage If this changes.
Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
I donno what's going on with my application iam worried about it

By calling 1-888-242-2100 and going 1,1,2,(depending on the starting letter of your application either 1,2 or 3),application number#, year of birth#, then 1 again.
