There are no states in Canada; they are either provinces or territories. Immigration is handled by the federal government (Canada), so it makes no difference where you claim. There is no "best" or 'easiest".....it's all the same process.

Thank you Buletruck for replay

Can you advise me how we would receive accommodation and food for living because we don't know anybody.

Thanks in advance

Do you mean that you, your wife and child have already applied for and all been approved for TRVs to visit Canada??

If so, then you should read here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/inside/index.asp

How will you get to Canada if you don't even have TRV (Visitor Visas) approved??

apart from not having a TRV (and the difficulty you face getting one of those from Afghanistan for your whole family), I suspect you will be extremely disappointed to find that the government of Canada does not supply food and accommodations to refugee seekers beyond a few hundred dollars a month for a very limited time. You are expected to integrate into society and support yourself. .

Something doesn't make sense. Didn't you have to specify where you were going to get the TRV if you are flying into Canada? I assume you are landing in the US and planning on walking across.
@canuck78 your reply also doesn't make sense for me ,,, how you say where I got the trv what you mean ???
And how you say that we will land at USA and cross the border ??

My last post may have come off as bit too aggressive. You have said you have already obtained a tourist visa for your family. Yet you are also asking where to got to get refugee status. I am pretty sure you had to give a detailed itinerary in order to get the visa in the first place.
