Hi tinirock, there was a Bill-C6 which was passed which states "Applicants are no longer required to intend to continue to live in Canada once granted citizenship. This provides more flexibility to Canadians who may need to live outside of Canada for work or personal reasons."Hi everyone I recently join this forum and i amazed by the help and support shared! i am a Canadian citizen and my husband and i are married 6 1/2 years with one child 4 1/2 years old we both currently live in Trinidad and now have decided that we want to move to Canada considering applying using the outside of Canada spouse sponsor program.
our situation seems straight forward but i am a bit confuse about me proving to immigration my "Intent" to move back to Canada once my husband PR is approve... like what docs should we provide etc.
anyone in a similar situation like us we both will truly appreciate your advice/opinion.
