90-130 days as per current trends, could be more or less in exceptional cases.

I received my AOR on May 14th. No updates yet.
Seems like only a few people who submitted in May passed medical exam. It's already been more than 1 month. Anyone knows what happen?

It stands for Case Specific Enquiry. This is used to send any additional documents that you might have missed while submitting your application. There was some error in my medical so I had to send correction for it via CSE.
