Can some one confirm IDP is valid for processing Canada visa? I don't see IDP option in Language section. Is it a part of IELTS and can we define our IDP score in IELTS section?. Your inputs are much appreciated. Please advise.,
IELTS is conducted by IDP and British Council. Hence, the answer is, yes. It is the TRF (Test Report Form) number and the scores (minimum of 6 each) in four modules that is required.

Thanks a lot.
Should I have to put exactly same information on the new profile?
Unless you have anything sinister to hide, yes!! Ontario has some logic of picking up fresh profiles with 400+ CRS, and that's all they care.
EDIT: Read more about the IRCC's new rule about preference to older profiles; don't blame me later if you lose against a CRS tie-breaker.

I can also tell you that the next draw will be July 1st week and it will be 440
Hey, nothing, mark this nothing can be accomplished by negativity ever. Maybe you think this way, and you are free to express your opinion, but why not be positive instead and spread positivity, if you yourself are tired and getting negative ask others for reassurance and positivity, this thread is for that purpose. All these people you are arguing with would have gladly helped you in venting out if only you chose the right attitude.

Now for facts, there is no one, no one, even the senior most member who can predict anything about any draw, been here long enough. Only CIC knows what it does, they can at anytime take out the draw at any score, only they know their reasons, we can only speculate, sometimes based on certain facts and sometimes on heartfelt feelings.
When i first created my file someone told me I had no chance of direct ITA, as my CRS was low, here i am today with a direct ITA. So mathematically speaking the probability of nothing in this universe is 1or 0. Get some positivity, don't spread negativity.

IELTS is jointly managed by IDP, british council and cambridge ELA.

I liked the probability part, which implies that, nothing is not impossible, it is possible :D.

Little bit confused.

1. I can see only CELPIP, IELTS & TEF in CRS points calculator tool.

2.I can't see TRF in CRS points calculator.

3.My understanding from your comments is we can declare IDP scores in IELTS itself for sure.

4.Each section in IDP score should have 6 for eligibility.

Please throw more lights on above points-wise.

yes can you please explain how it works.

My ee profile is now on the pool with CRS 410 and NOC 2121.

I have a big professional experience gap with mixed up working experience in Bangladesh, UK and Canada.

currently residing in Montreal working in a financial company as a fraud analyst!

I am not an expert but I read it from these threads that to receive OINP, you must recreate your profile if you have a CRS score above 400. Once you recreate your profile you get EOI (Expression Of Interest), following Friday. It is up to you to accept it or opt out. I have not recreated my profile due to recent changes in the EE system regarding timestamp and position. I created my profile on March 20th, 2017 which would give me an extra edge over other candidates(Hopefully).

One thing to note, is that it is extremely expensive for OINP to process an application (a whopping $1500.00 CAD), therefore a huge amount of people are waiting for CRS to come down. The trend suggests that the score should go below 410 pretty soon(maybe within a month or two).

So I would suggest weigh your options and see what fits best for you. And be always on the lookout to improve your CRS score. If at all it is possible.

Another thing the gap doesn't matter as long as you attach LOE(Letter Of Explanation) with your application, also your current job explains that you are working which is always a plus.

Hope this helps.

BTW how is living in Montreal like?

You're confusing TRF (Test Report Form) from IELTS, with the Test de rendement pour francophones (TRF). :D

Oh my god!

TRF is the Test Report Form which is present on your IELTS Score Card.
For Heavens sake please understand that British Council & IDP conduct IELTS Exam so you'll only find IELTS in the tool and not IDP/BC

My mistake, probably confused you with too much information. Okay, it is like this:
If you have taken a test from IDP, it means it is an IELTS test. So, choose IELTS in the points calculator and proceed.
