If after reading few translation related threads on CV, and applicants are raising the CSE for one or other reasons, then this is quite obvious that guidelines are not clear from IRCC.
I had raised the CSE to provide the copy of the original document (without any stamps).
As such, I have provided two copies of the original -
1. Photocopy of birth certificate inked signed by the translator and his official seal. (To prove that this is the document they have translated) - The translator took the xerox of the original birth certificate, stamped it with his office seal and signed with blue ink/color. I have taken the colored scan of the same. So, the birth certificate content is in black & white and stamp and signature are in blue color.
2. Colored scan of the birth certificate - with the inked signature of the notary public, seal of the notary public and date. It also has additional seal - Certified True Copy, Birth Certificate and Valid Outside India.
Also, I had provided the translation (notarized) and affidavit (notarized)-
3. Translation in English - with the same inked signature and seal as above of translator, another seal as "Certified Translation", inked signature of the notary public, seal of the notary public and date. (This is on the letter head of the translation company. (The letter head has their name, registration number, ISO certification (ISO 9001:2015 certified), complete address, mobile phone number, landline phone number, email ID, skype ID and website.)
4. Affidavit of translation - with the same inked signature and seal as above of translator, inked signature of the same notary public, seal of the notary public and date.(This is on the letter head of the translation company. (The letter head has their name, registration number, ISO certification (ISO 9001:2015 certified), complete address, mobile phone number, landline phone number, email ID, skype ID and website.)
Now only god knows the following -
1. If my CSE will reach them on time.
2. Case officer will consider my CSE and add the copy of the original
3. Or case officer may consider and will approve my application with whatever the four documents I have provided at the time of AOR.
4. Or refuse the application taking the shadow of "Incomplete document"
