I called twice and the call ended abruptly without being put on the wait.. and in the third time I was put on the hold for around 35 minutes

The phone number is 1-888-242-2100 (within Canada)
Speed dail (2-3-2-0) for pr card issues
I waited 35 mints too in the morning before someone pick up the phone, just be patient

Called CIC today, apparently was in production yesterday. So hopefully before end of next week I get it

Landed on 17 th April. Called cic office and they told the card was mailed out two days ago. Hopefully will get this week.

Hi! I landed April 17th as well. They told me the card went to production on June 12 and was mailed out on June 19th. I haven't received it yet. I'm in Toronto.

Wife and daughter landed on Apr 13th. Called CIC today and was told daughter's card was mailed out on June 19th and wife's card was sent out today on June 23rd... It's 70 days already.....

Can anyone share the timelines the complete process takes as i have applied for the PR on 8th Feb-17 after paying the complete fees and the expected time shown to process my application was 50 Days. But already 130+ days have passed and the application is still under process. Last update was UCI no. was updated in my profile around 20 days back. BG check - NA, Review of additional Documents - "The additional documents you provided are being rewiewed". Please guide on the timelines in case anyone has received the PR.

Fortunately u don't need ur PR card to travel to US by land, simply provide ur co-pr (landing paper) and passport and u r good to go..

It's what I been told when I did my landing, only need to bring ur landing paper when u come back from U.S to canada by land, u can also call CIC to confirm again
