Status Change after getting ITA

I am planning to submit my express entry application and on dummy calculator(canadavisa.com), i am getting score of 452.
If i apply right now changes are there that after 3-4 months i can get ITA.
Problem Statement:
I am planning to get married after 5 months. If i calculate the score based on my conditions after 5 months (spouse score + age factor), I would get 438 score. With 438 score chances are less that i and my spouse will get ITA.
1. So should i submit my express entry application now or after marriage?
2. Lets say i applied for my express entry application today and get ITA after 2 months.I got married after receiving ITA then can i add my spouse in my ITA or do i need to decline my ITA?
3. Lets say i applied for my express entry application today and get ITA after 2 months. I submit my ITA documents to CIC. If i got married after ITA document submission , do i need to decline my application or can i add my spouse in my application?

Your best chances of landing an ITA in the near future are at 452 points. Applying after you get married (at 438 points) can hurt your chances. Recommend that you enter the pool right away and file your application immediately after getting an ITA. Inform CIC when you get married 5 months from now and hopefully by then your application will be under process. If you get married AFTER getting your eAPR post submissions, your score will not be recalculated as a married individual but your spouse will be added to your application. That's your best shot based on the timelines indicated.

All the best!

Yes. Depends on when your status changes. If you're married and apply as a single and then inform CIC about being married, you'll be refused and possibly charged with misrepresentation. If you got an ITA as a single applicant, got married before submission and told CIC, your points will be recalculated and you will lose the ITA. If you submitted your application before getting married and then got married (in the normal course of things and NOT to perpetrate visa fraud and CIC can definitely question you and/or your spouse if they smell a rat) yo won't lose points because your marriage was post facto and it doesn't reduce your points.

Look for 'Changes to family composition here' ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

So Asivad, does that mean that with the addition of spouse after e-apr, will not lead to any changes in POF? What about medicals, pcc, ielts? And i believe i also have to pay PR fees for two people right?

Of course CIC will ask for all of them: forms, docs, fees, medical...

As a general rule, take any score calculator as a reference.

I strongly recommend you to create a actual EE profile and see how many real points you'll get.

You can create firts one as married and later edit it to single to see the difference, of course don't accept possible ITA based on not real profile.

You should be able to take a decision based on actual facts.

As a second general rule, apply for PR as soon you can, because you never knows when rules or conditions will change.

I received my ITA in March 2017 and I got the AOR in March 2017 as well, I got married on the 21st of April and I informed CIC of my marriage, CIC asked for documents for my spouse but IELTS and ECA weren't asked for, is that normal since I got married after e-APR?

Hi all, thanks for the wonderful advise on this thread.

I received my ITA (after nomination by a province, so total score is at 960) and currently filling my application. I have 60 days left to submit my application, however I'll be getting married in 70 days(10 days after submission).
My questions are:
1. Should I inform CIC about this while submitting my application, or should I go ahead and submit as single and inform CIC post submission (after the date of marriage)?
2. Via what channel should one contact/inform CIC about such information after e-APR submission?
