Good day,
My canada visa was rejected based on the ground of misrepresentation. on the front page of the rejected letter it states that you are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. and it was also stated on the letter that you are a member of an inadmissible class of persons described in the immigration and rufugee protection act. and section (40)(1)(a) states that directly or indirectly misrepresentating or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this act. but nowhere was it stated that I have been banned from entering canada for 5years.
Recently, I got another admission for a 2yrs program to study in canada. and I have already paid the tuition fee. please how can I go about this visa application to avoid any other problem this time around. your advice will be so much appreciated please.
Thank you

1. If it was determined that you misrepresented your self, the it is a 5 year bar from Canada. You were given 30 days from the date of the letter to convince the officer that you didn't misrepresent yourself. If you didn't convince him/her, then without the permission of the Minister you are barred from entering Canada or submitting an application;. You aren't going to get a study permit.
