USA/FBI POLICE CERTIFICATE-----NEED URGENT HELP

I am still awaiting the FBI PCC but I have submitted my application to IRCC with a LOE. Medicals has not been passed and its 40days now, I hope to get the FBI PCC in the coming weeks, I will forward to IRCC once received.

I am assuming LOE means Letter of Extension, I have a question in this regard:
- where exactly do you put/upload such request in the application?? Do you upload the supporting documents at the same place where you need to upload the FBI PCC or there is a separate section.

I am assuming LOE means Letter of Extension,

LOE usually means "Letter of explanation." - Explain why you didn't apply for the FBI cert before, explain what you have done to address the request (e.g. applied for the FBI certificate) and provide PROOF (e.g. Fedex Receipt), and that you require more time to obtain the certificate per the processing time on the FBI website.
