successfully linked my application. whenever i login their is a check box saying "I would like to receive monthly updates about my application" and an update option is there. what does it mean that if i check that box and update then i will only get messages once in month? (maybe m wrong)

Cofirmation mail receive on 2 may and till now my medical status is showing no medical passed and my medical was valid till 8 june 2017 my final result is pending

you should have gone through medicals once again. why to take risk in such critical time? what do you mean by confirmation mail? the mail that vfs sends you saying they received your application?

Yes they received my application mail was for this and till now medical status is nothing no mail receive regarding to go again for medical waiting for updates

as far as i have heard, based on that I have seen people uploading additional documents after submission of their file online and they write some specification also but again it is not my personal experience. go through medicals again and upload the new copy if you can or if it is permitted or else wait. maybe they will contact you and will request a medical. but before doing any thing please take advice from a genuine consultant.

Got an update yesterday i.e. 20th June
You passed your medicals.

Can someone tell me, if it took them 7 days for checking medical, and assuming that my app is gona be rejected, when can i expect such an update.

Or, that at what point can i surely say, that my application will not be rejected now ?

There is no prediction from application processing time. Unless you receive update from CIC, you dont know what you are expecting. If you have obvious reasons for rejection, it can come even by 10th day. Most of the rejections will come around 1 month to 2 months time. However, as you probably know, it can even go more extreme- I have seen cases with 3 months ' wait and rejection.
