Hi Bryanna
I need your special attention w.r.t.
My GCMS notes reads as below:- TRV was refused about 2 months ago.
Married female to visit spouse for 4 months . Limited info re marriage . Not clear bf's of marriage. On review of all information I am not satisfied the applicant is a bonafide visitor who would leave at the end of a specified period of time . Application refused .
Now the spousal PR file submitted.
Seeks your advice. I plan to apply for trv again.
TRV refusals are pretty common in such circumstances.
From the GCMS notes:
1. Her visit of 4 months: Even for a regular visitor, a visit exceeding 3-4 weeks is a no-no for a TRV approval
2. The visa officer has noted that the bona fides of the marriage are not clear i.e. inadequate evidence was submitted.
My suggestions
1. For her spousal PR application, hope your daughter has submitted considerable evidence that she is married/in a genuine marriage.... such as marriage certificate, photographs, call records, FB/skype/chat transcripts, letters of support from family and friends, etc etc.
2. She must not reapply until her file is transferred to NDVO and she has given her medicals. Even at that stage, she must prove that her visit is only temporary and not to wait out the PR process
