BRIDGE WORK PERMIT REJECTED BY MISTAKE - HOW TO PROVE

Good evening.

Long story short, me and my immigration consultant applied to BWP(electronic 53 days). I got rejected on a last day of process. The reason indicated by a immigration officer: I do not see a prove of fees being paid for BWP. He doesn't see half payment which is 100$. I have all receipts that we have paid in time to correct link.

The only option he gives me is the restoration process. Due to rejected case I was informed I am not allowed to work. All my docs are expired, waiting for a Federal decision somewhere in August.

Is there any way I can fight it back so I don't have to leave my job and stay in a very stressful situation.
We don't know the name of the officer but we send an email and urgent FEDEX mail with a proof of pay.
Vegreville call center told us, chances are close to 0 that any officer will look at this docs. The only advice they give is a restoration process.

I am really worried that Federal might reject my PR application, if they see BWP rejection.

Hi everyone,

I have applied for BOWP on april 12, CIC had refusend my work permit .
I am PNP nominee, in refusal they said that I have employment restriction. But in PNP certificate it clearly stats that I have no employment restrivtion.
I put case specific inquiry to reconsider. my work permit is expiring on July 7. cic had made mistake on my file.
please suggest should I wait for their reply or I will apply again.

I am getting a support letter from BC PNP. With this letter I will go to the border and apply there. It was their advice. We live in a country where law and rules should work, but due to technical mistake I have so many problems.
