Ahh man...thanks so much, I have been going. It's trying to figure out what these attested copies are...didn't realize they meant the notarized passport copies....ure my hero...thanks for your time brother...really appreciate it...God Bless
make sure that when you receive the PCC, It is signed + stamped + stamp on passport. Mine wasn't singed but Consulate was helpful enough to send me new without any formality and that too on their expense.

Hi,
I have recently received my invite.
I have been residing in my current address for more than 20 years now but the duration mentioned is from June 2010 till date in the issued PCC.
The reason is that I provided the photocopy of my passport as my identification proof(issued in 2010) while applying for PCC.

Let me know if it could create any issue after submitting my application because in the application I have mentioned the duration of my stay in my current address from 1996 but in the PCC it is mentioned from June2010 till date

I have applied for my India PCC in NY consulate(passport issued in India) and received it in a week with a letter and stamp in Passport saying that PCC is issued for Canada and this happened in May

Now I have applied for PCC for my wife in the same NY Consulate(passport is also issued in NY) and I just received letter and there is no stamp is passport is this common or they missed the stamp part?

Me and my wife both applied for PCC at SF Consulate by using their drop in service and received PCC within 2 business days. However, the passport was never stamped for either of us and they simply looked at it and returned it back while collecting the application. Not sure if Passport stamping is required and what effect it will have on our e-APR submission as and when we get our ITAs.

Thank you now I feel a bit relieved
