Implied status help.... waiting on PNP for PR

Hello All,

I am currently waiting for my PNP in Newfoundland and I have a few questions.

My PGWP is about to expire and I still have yet to receive word from PNP. What should I do at this point.

I would like to stay in Canada and would like to continue working.

My PGWP is valid for 3 years and it is nearing its expiration date.

I would like guidance on how I can keep working, even under implied status, while I wait for PNP to come back.

What should I do next. Am I to apply to extend my PGWP, even though it will get rejected to keep implied status?

If that works and then rejected, what can I do next to ensure I stay in the country.

I have sufficient funds to keep me going for the next 6 months.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

1. Sad to hear but you need to keep your work permit status alive while you are waiting for your PNP . please keep in mind if your work permit expire they cannot issue you a PNP and you need to go back.
2. if you apply new work permit but you are on implied status and you can keep working but waiting for PNP on implied status is make no sense because they just reject you application.
3. they can only issue you PNP If you valid work permit status .
4. Start looking for LMIA dont just depend upon PNP
