Thanks johnsyk. Yes l received an email from CIC when I passed medical exam. But according to my_yute, the main page will still change to "updated" when the officer changes the background check status, even though they may not actually send an email notification. You are mistaken. Only for medical pass do you get a notification. For NA to IP2 or IP1 or any of those changes, you will not get an update anywhere. The only way to know is to physically check your account every single day. I changed from IP1 to NA in 12 hours and I would have easily missed it if I did not have the habit of checking constantly! LOL
I cant speak to all but 2 of my coworkers got transcript request shortly after the medical pass - so I'd assume that's IP1?I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca yesterday and they answered that my application is at their office and that it is being processed as per their regulatory timeline. What does that mean? Is it a good sign that the file is at their office?
I'm CEC inland and medicals passed April 12th, degree transcripts sent June 3rd (as per requested), not sure of IP stage.
Yeah I think it might be. I passed medicals April 12th and got transcripts request on May 19th but I didn't check my application between April 12th and June 3rd (I was locked out of if for some reason and couldn't log back in until June 3rd).I cant speak to all but 2 of my coworkers got transcript request shortly after the medical pass - so I'd assume that's IP1?
110 days since AOR.Not a problem. We all are in same boat, I m at 98 days. My friend got ppr in 5 months PNP inland. The wait is more but I guess once they pick your file should be done fast.
I'm at 103 days since AOR, CEC inland as well110 days since AOR.
I think, canada day will be our day..I'm at 103 days since AOR, CEC inland as well
I know right? I also have a very straightforward case (although transcript request might have delayed things for me a bit) so not sure why it's taking longer than many others who applied after me...I don't understand why a few of early March AOR cases (including me) are being processed particularly slow!!!!! My case is not complicated at all. I sometimes wish I submitted my application a little alter in mid or late March, maybe I would've received PPR already!
Lol why Canada Day?I think, canada day will be our day..
They also requested additional document from me, for travel history, when I didn't even travel to anywhere. How funny!I know right? And they didn't ask me that even though I've travelled to 13 countries in the last ten years.... trying to find sense in their process is so hard lol...They also requested additional document from me, for travel history, when I didn't even travel to anywhere. How funny!

I applied on March 22 and no update since April 12. I am a single applicant with only one job for them to verify, applied through CEC residing in Canada.. I believe my application is very straightforward (at least that's what I think). I was not requested for any additional documents. No update after medical. I try not to think too much about PR because doing so just makes me unsettled.I know right?
