I'm also from draw 14 but your papers moved faster than mine.

to those who requested for COC from SPF....which start date did you declare? since age of 18? past 10 years? or when you first entered in Singapore (as tourist/worker)?

Not sure about SPF but in general since age 18 you should provide your certificate of clearance in whichever country you have lived if the duration was 6 months or more.
