I am moving with wife and 6 month old infant on 9th August 2017 to Regina, Saskatchewan.
I would like to know what things should I carry from India for infant?
How shall I take care of pending vaccination of my child and also I will not get health coverage of my family so in that case what shall I be doing after reaching there?
Any piece of advice that would help me relocate with family especially with infant will be of great help....

Applying for Saskatchewan health card should be #1 priority. This will give your family access to health services. There is a 3 month waiting period and you can apply online (see link below).

https://www.ehealthsask.ca/residents/health-cards/Pages/Apply-for-a-Health-Card.aspx

In the meantime, it would be a good idea to purchase private health insurance for your family. Blue Cross is a provider in Saskatchewan.

#2 priority would be finding a family doctor or pediatrician. There are matching services that can help you. Probably searching Sask health website would be useful.

#3 priority would be maintaining the schedule of recommended vaccinations. The next round for your child is at 12 months of age and possibly the flu shot, which requires two separate visits sometime in November. Your pediatrician or family doctor can do this, but sometimes you may be referred to a clinic.

Bring formula/mother's milk and water for the flight. Everything else can be acquired in Canada.
