Hi,
I have submitted my application for PR but I just realized that my employment letter doesn't have full time written in it.
Other stuff are mentioned like my title, hours per week , duties and start date till present and have attached my pay slips, t4...

Will not mentioning full time be a reason for rejection?

You will be fine.
As long as it mentions 30+ or 40 hrs per week. The hours on your pay stubs should also be more than 30 hrs per week.

This is what IRCC wants, not whether your employer considers you to be full-time or part-time. It's good -
