Temporary work permit: fees

I am a bit confused with the fees that i need to pay.

I am the principal applicant under the NSNP skilled worker stream and i have already received my nomination.

Due to my employer's urgent need of me, i was asked to apply for a temporary work permit.

My husband is my dependent and i am planning (because i see that we are qualified) to apply an open work permit for him.

The information from the CIC website is a bit confusing. I am not sure whether

(A) i pay the $155 temp work permit fee for me only and pay $100 open work permit fee for my husband -- so a total of $255 worth of fees OR

(B) i pay the $155 temp work permit fee for me, $155 for my husband and $100 for the open work permit fee of my husband -- so a total of $410 worth of fees

better be safe than sorry. pay 255 for both of you and cic will refund the extra fees you paid. it could also be that if you already hold a work permit, i think you only pay the 155. i read in here somewhere that someone got her 100 from the 255 refunded when she renewed her work permit.
