Lack of date in spouse's Reference Letter

Dear fellows, I have got AOR in early May, and MEP should be on its way around.

Today I have found something that is terrifying, that the date was not included in my spouse's reference letter. Even though I didn't claim any score in her work history, the submission of her employment record is mandatory.

How could I fix this problem, could it be dealt with by sending another new reference letter with a date through Web Form?

Thanks for any kind advice!

Hi,
Generally if ur not claiming any points for spouse work experience u can put the same in personal history. Just want to know if u have put it in personal history or work history.
If it is in personal history there is no need for a reference letter

Thank you for the reply!

I put it in the work history section, so I guess I need to send another reference letter now.

However, I am curious about whether they accept my additional submission.

If u are sending another reference letter, pls add an LOE stating that u have not claimed any points for the same.

Thank you for the advice! One more question if you don't mind: do I need to compress LOE and the new reference letter into one PDF file?
