Degree Certificate translation

I am in post ITA stage. My degree certificate is in two languages i.e. English and Punjabi. Do I need to translate it?

Well if I take the CIC statement in a literal way, I would go and translate it to be on safe side. CIC says any document which has a language different than English and French will require translation, so your degree is in a different language. There could be some detailed information in CIC regarding this case, but I don't remember seeing such a thing.

So to be on safe side, I would spend some money and time to get it translated, for this is such a sensitive document, and CIC loves to reject educational documents.
