[HELP NEEDED] REJECTED FOR ONLINE ECA?

Dear guys,
I'm afraid that my paper report from WES has lost on the way to my address. Been 2 months already.
Does anyone know whether we have to scan and upload the paper report or we just can upload the PDF because it already states the purpose which is for CIC. Has anyone been rejected due to lacking of the paper report?

It would cost me around $200 to order additional paper report with courier... Thank you so much!

You can either use scanned paper report or pdf you received from WES.

Paper report is not mandatory. Though the advice from CIC is to keep it handy in case they need it, which however happens rarely. The record is online and once you have provided the right identification report number and attached diplomas with the pdf copy you are good to go. worry not !

My friend didn't receive his report as well so I told him to request for a duplicate report from WES which he got 2 days after through courier.
