i want to know where is my visa office

I frequently check my online client application status but the last correspondence was last May 2016. A year had past and I am just worried that i don't have any progress yet.
I do not know exactly my visa office, I am a client of ***** immigration law firm, I have asked for an update from them, and they replied that they will still find out which visa office my file was submitted and to contact me, but i haven't received any update from them again.

I would like to ask if you know any email address to which I can ask for my visa office.

how can it be scam if i can check my status online.. at the cic website.. the last correspondence was last may 2016.. status of "in porgress"

OK - if you're checking your status online through the CIC web site, then you're right- it's not a scam.

You still haven't explained what you have applied for. So difficult to provide you with any advice.

applied for immigration - quebec.. the next step that i am waiting is the medical notification but my wait took 13 months..

I am under the impression QSW application status is now managed by MyCIC: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/link.asp
But this page still leads to eCAS if you check for QSW times: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp
Is it possible you're not seeing any updates because you're checking the old eCAS site? I'm just offering a guess.

But back to the original question, the way to know for sure is to order your case notes through ATIP:
