Please advice! Urgent! AINP!

Hello guys,

I really need some advice. I have recently received my AINP nomination of certificate and I feel like need to quit because I cannot take it anymore because of some situations between some of co-workers. I really need some advice, not guessing! Your suggestions and help are much will be appreciated!!


What will happen to my nomination if I quit my job? I have not send my documents to the IRCC yet as I am still waiting for my police certificate. I will inform the AINP that I quit my job, but what if they revoke/annul my application including the nomination of certificate. In the meantime, I am trying to find a job in the C category as my current job is in the B category, and based on the current job I was nominated by the AINP. Thanks.

So you got your nomination based on your employment? Your certificate should say Yes to employment restrictions meaning that when you apply for PR, you'll have to stay with the same employer until you get approved. So if you were to quit your job, your nomination in invalid so you can't use it apply for PR. And also you'll have to restart your process for AINP for new job offer. But its depends on AINP looks at it....

My nomination certificate says:

RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT: NO!
