Do I Need to Update Travel History after AOR

Hi everyone. I visited USA for one day after I received AOR of Express Entry. Do I need to update my travel history? If I need, anyone knows how can I update it?

Only travels upto the date of eAOR must be mentioned and reported to IRCC.

Hi, I got my AOR on Mar 8th, 2017 and waiting for medical to be cleared. At this time, since I had to go to the UK, I applied and got the UK visa stamping on my passport. The travel and stay in the Uk are for 3 days. Should I inform CIC regarding my new visa stamping on my passport and the travel history? Please reply. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
