Is the agents we speak to who handles our application or are they just call centres???

So you have to send a true copy of ur marriage certificate or the actual original marriage certificate? And if you send ur original certificate are they going to mail it back to you once they verify it?

Yes i think in the end they send all the original docs back i send tme original nikah namas but only marriage cert is photocopy but i have to mail them that also but is it possible to get this doc request before aor i havent got any aor

Once you get your PCC how do you submit it? Do you scan it and upload it or do you mail it directly to them?
Also, are people finding their Schedule A and PCC requests as soon as they link to their account or does it take time? Because my wife linked her account on June 1st and we've still yet to receive any messages about those things on the CIC account. That despite the fact that I got an email on June 8th from them saying that I was approved as a sponsor and they were requesting a Schedule A for my wife. So frustrating.

Hi guys, I have a question about filling out the address history section of new schedule A form. what should I put while filling street number if there is no actual street number available?

I have a question regarding Schedule A form:
My given name is XXX YYY and familly name is Blank. So according to the guide if Family name is blank then write Given Name in family name field. But when I enter Given name in Family name, after clicking on "Validate Button" I am getting an error that Given name is missing.

Someone please help? what should i write in a given name field?


this is what cic wrote in the guide for schedule A form:
Question 1

Write your full family name (surname or last name) and all your given names (first, second or more) as they appear on your passport, travel or identity document.

Don’t use initials.



that's what they mention for Sponsor's guide
Question 1

If you don’t have a family name on your passport or travel document, enter all your given names in the “Family Names” field and leave the given name field blank.

If you don’t have a given name on your passport or travel document, leave the “Given Name” field blank.

try pressing a space bar, otherwise write not applicable thats what i did in my case 2 years back

First submitted in March and application was returned because of a missing signature. Submitted again on the 24th of April. When I called cic last Friday they said they had no record of receiving the Application in April and the were working on May 5 applications. The agent told me something wasn't right so they made some sort of special enquiry on Tuesday and Thursday we got AOR. My suspicion is that someone had misplaced the file. Thank God they found it eventually

Hi mrs stylz..i have the same case,i am thinking that our app is missing..my husband send our app on may 3 and was received on may 4 but until now we haven't yet received anything and still waiting for the AOR..how can i request for special inquiry about this? I have called a couple of times but the agent said they dont see any files of ours in their system..we are really worried now..please advise us what can we do just like what you did in your app..thank you in advance

They probably checked if ur application was complete and send you aor before 25 may but started to process the file on 25 may before that all they did was check if ur file was complete probably thats what i think i hope someone could answer in more better way

I did but i wasnt able to reach the agent plus yesterday my lawyer told me they asked for original marriage certificate before sending aor :/ i already send then original nikah nama with the application but still they emailed for original marriage certificate which i send as a photocopy
