I applied on paper application in VFS Chandigarh on 9June and linked my app to online on 12June, At the same day I check the status they said medical passed

Ohh ok.. i linked my paper application yesterday...lets see by when it will get updated.. currently my application is being processed at vfs bangalore

A quick question... does the visa processing time depend on Provinces we have applied? Like for Ontario it may take more time for processing..i have read it somewhere online that it depends on the province i am not sure whether this is the case

First of all, tell me are you filling your personal detail like birth city and country and also are you filling your course end date month and year?

I am not filling birth city and country but I am filling passport information and all the course details

Did that but application not found. I tried with my full name on both First Name and Family Name fields. Also I am writing everything in Upper Case

sme says its only for notification purpose n sme says it changes to ofline to online,but as i am applying for 3rd tym so i dnt wanna take risk.i will link the application but atleast after 3 weeks.

but last tym when i linked the submission date was changed.soo i doubt tht there could be sme prob.thts the reason i didnt linked it.

No, it don't change the mode of application. By linking your paper application online, CIC communicates with the applicant through emails or online portal instead of mail(post).
