If you are PNP, then its normal. PNP takes time to pass medicals. Only FSW-O is clearing medicals in 62+ Days.

Deepcur, Johnsyk....thank you very much for your response...yes I'm PNP...yesterday a person with 8th Mar AOR got medical cleared...mine is 11th...hopefully its on the way...

Just one more query...post Medical how many weeks should I expect for BGC to clear? Thank you

Usually, the trend is such that BGC changes from NA to Next Step is Background check ( IP1) at the same time as medicals. Then it moves back to NA anytime between 1 day to 1 month. And then moves back to IP2 between a few weeks to few months and then PPR. However, once you pass medicals, its impossible to figure timelines since once medical passes, every case is unique and every timeline is different. The general trend is that CEC passes in less than 3 months. FSW-O passes around 4 months and PNP in about 5 months. However this is just an average and there are cases of CEC taking 5 months and FSW passing in 3 months too. So we can't really say!

I believe CIC has changed their wordings and trend now. It's difficult to tell what stage you're in now.

I think you passed IP1 and now the next stage is IP2 when it changes again.

Ok good. That means people are getting different status messages for bg. So some are going A->B->C->Z while others are going P->Q->R->Z.
